Reservation Policy & Booking confirmation

A credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required at the time of booking.

The reservation department will send the confirmation once an authorization number has been delivered by the bank (no charge) for 100% of thestay.

After authorisation number (and not payment charged) delivered by the bank, reservation department will send guest’s confirmation.

Credit card given as garantee and identity card will be ask to the guest at the check in.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation or booking amendment must be expressed by fax or written notification.

-Less than 7 days prior to arrival, total amount of the stay will be charged.

-More than 8 days prior to arrival, any cancellation fee.

In case of no-show, total amount of the stay will be charged.

Various amenities

Rooms are on disposal from 2 P.M on the day of arrival until 12 AM on the day ofdeparture. Penalty fees may be charged for late check-out.

These conditions are applicable for individual reservations. For booking over five rooms, please refer to our group policy.

Hotel keeps right to apply cancellation fee in case of early check out or no show.

Hotel will inform you that payments by cheque are unfortunately not allowed.
